Life is good

As quickly as I became a real estate agent, my career has ended.

I rented out one of her properties to a language student from France. I was about to rent out the second unit, when Susana, the owner, called to say the student had a friend who needed a place to stay and that she would be renting her second unit to him.

She also let me know that she’s going to hold off on selling her house, now that she has renters.

So, no more rental agent. And no more homemade tamales. Sadness.

But, my bosses at my new Accounts Manager job love me and just doubled my salary! So I am set now in Ecuador. I have enough money to live on with some extra to have some fun, but most importantly, to start my Visa process.
